  •  Provide updates where appropriate during the review process.

  •  Inform the complainant of the outcome of the complaint once the review has been completed.

Data Protection Complaints

If a complaint relates to the processing of personal data and the complainant remains dissatisfied with the response provided by Satori Intelligence Ltd, they have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
